Outside in front of the Meridian Jr. High is the location for the Outdoor Booths at the Stillman Valley Fall Festival.
The show is open on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
There were some excellent exhibits last year and you can expect a very nice show again this year. There is something for everyone, so plan to attend the festival and take some time to walk thru the Outdoor Booths.

Setup Time:
Friday 5:30 – 8:00 pm
Saturday 7:00 – 9:00am
Selling Times:
Saturday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Sunday: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Doors will not be unlocked before 9:00 am on Sunday for vendors
Rules: Please read this:
1) Absolutely nobody will be allowed to set up until after 4:00 pm on Friday night.
2) No tearing down before closing time, if you do, you will not be invited back.
3) The following items must not be displayed or sold:
Drug paraphernalia or items depicting the same.
Weapons of any kind, including knives
Fireworks, pressurized string, odor products or obscene items
4) All vendors must have their area cleaned up and vacated by 7 pm on Sunday night. Please clean the area and throw away any trash.
5) Any tents need to be anchored. No stakes – only sandbags or blocks in the street.
6) Booth space is approximately 10 x 10 deep.
7) You must furnish all equipment to set up and maintain your booth.
8) Sales and weather cannot be guaranteed. All vendors must be set up by 9 am Saturday, and all vehicles must be removed from the center street. Road will be blocked to traffic.
9) All campers and trailers will be parked across the street in the bus barn parking lot. No parking in the Handicap area unless you are qualified.
10) If it is YOUR company policy to have only 1 vendor at an event, it is YOUR responsibility to ask if anyone else is registered.
11) Registration deadline post mark is September 19, No mailed registrations will be accepted after that deadline. We will still accept electronic registration till Sept 25.

Entry deadline: Paper registration postmarked by September 19th , 2025
Paper registration form is for filling out the form and mailing it to the Festival. A check is then sent with the form. There is an option to pay using Paypal.

Online registration allows you to skip mailing the form to us. Payment must be made using Paypal. Booth is not registered until we receive both the Electronic form and payment.
